Month 1- Laying your book’s foundation

Writing and publishing a book in six months isn’t just about having a good idea. It’s about planning and mindset. This month, we’ll get you all set up. From starting to build an author platform to making sure your idea is a good one to conducting the initial research, we’ve got you covered.

Month 2- Your book’s rough draft

This month, we flesh out that initial idea of yours into a complete rough draft. Impossible, you say? Challenge accepted! Our proprietary method will give you a complete editable manuscript in record time.

Month 3- Getting ready for beta readers

How do we go from rough draft to something that your beta readers will actually read without completely tearing it apart? (By the way, it’s OK if they do tear it apart a bit, we’ll get you ready to deal with feedback.) Our step-by step instructions and work sheets will get you there.

Month 4- Editing your book

Working with a professional editor is best, but even if your budget absolutely does not allow, we’ll make sure your book is as good as it can be. Our checklist will be your greatest self-editing ally. But while we’re doing that, we aren’t going to forget your author platform.

Month 5- Polishing your final draft

It’s not just your book that needs to be polished- it’s your whole publishing strategy. At this juncture, you’re ready to make some decisions, like whether to self-publish or query agents. You’re going to be formatting, possibly designing a cover, and showing up for your ideal reader.

Month 6- Publishing your book

This month is going to be exciting- but tough! Whether you are self-publishing or querying, we’ve got you covered, with all the information you need to know, and step-by-step checklists.
